Asking a question, and getting an answer
There is a round purple button in the bottom-right corner of every page. That is the help channel, and it is the fastest way to reach us. Click it and a conversation opens.
It appears once your wallet is connected. That is not a hurdle for its own sake: your address is what lets us look up your licences, your distribution and your transactions, so a question arrives with everything we need to actually investigate it. It is attached automatically — you never have to type it.
How to ask so we can help on the first reply
Tell us three things:
- What you were doing — "I was minting from /rewards", "I was buying listing #14".
- What you expected to happen.
- What happened instead — the exact message if there was one.
Screenshots help more than anything else. Use the paperclip: images, PDFs and text files, up to three at a time, 2 MB each. A picture of the error tells us in one second what a paragraph takes five minutes to narrow down.
If a transaction is involved, its link or hash turns a long conversation into a short one. Every transaction screen in the app gives you one.
What happens after you send
You get an immediate confirmation, and then the conversation stays. The answer appears in the same thread — you do not need to leave an email address or watch an inbox. Come back to the same button; when a reply is waiting, the button carries a small counter.
Write again in the same thread whenever you have more to add. It is one continuous conversation, not a series of tickets, and everything you have said before is there for whoever picks it up.
What to expect, honestly
MPRO Lab is a community platform. The people answering are community members, not a staffed support desk, and their availability is governed by no formal rules or service agreement. In practice replies usually come within 24 hours. Sometimes sooner, occasionally longer.
So: be patient, and check back in the thread. Nobody is ignoring you — and a clear first message with a screenshot is the single biggest thing you can do to get a useful answer quickly.
What not to send
Never send your private key, seed phrase, or password — to us or to anyone. No moderator will ever ask for them. Nobody needs them to help you, and anyone who requests them is not who they claim to be.
Your wallet address is different: it is public, it is already attached to your message, and it is all we need.
