NODE storage: private disk space per licence
Every licence comes with private storage — disk space on the platform, keyed to the licence itself. Open /node-storage, pick a licence, and you have a personal file area: upload, download, organise into folders, delete.
What it is for
Node operators need a place for configuration, exports, artefacts and working files that should live near the platform rather than on one particular laptop. That is exactly this: a quota-limited private folder per licence, accessible from the browser after you authenticate with your licence session.
The rules
- Space belongs to the licence. Like the distribution, storage follows the licence — a transfer hands the new owner the licence's storage area along with everything else.
- Quota is visible at the top of the page — how much you have used of what you have.
- Private means private. Your files are served only to an authenticated licence session; there are no public links to them.
Public imagery you see around the platform — token icons, avatars, banners — is served by the same storage service, from its public areas. Your licence folders are not part of that.
